The off-grid power units developed are certified by the "INTERGASCERT" system, which is listed in the unified register of material and technical resources that are recommended for application in the facilities of PJSC "Gazprom". In addition, the power units are listed in the register of innovative products of PJSC "Gazprom"

The products are granted an innovation certificate "Nanocertifica — innovations" "РОСС RU. И750.16НЖ06"

A СТ-1 certificate was granted, confirming the Russian origin of the power units with more than 80 % of Russian made component parts used in the development of the units.
FREE PISTON STIRLING ENGINE FPSE
The FPSE is a hermitically sealed heat engine in which heating and cooling are applied externally to drive the engine.
Electricity is generated through a linear alternator attached to the piston which moves in a cyclic linear motion out of the high-pressure zone into the low-pressure zone.

The cyclic motion of the piston is driven by the pressure variations of the working fluid (helium) inside the engine, caused by the coaxial displacer periodically shuttling the working fluid from the heating zone to the cooling zone back and forth.

The FPSE is a completely maintenance-free power generation unit during its entire service life. This feature of the engine is due to the gas-dynamic coupling of the moving parts and absence of mechanical friction between the moving parts inside the engine, which excludes the need of a lubrication system and minimizes wear losses.

Heat is supplied to the engine from an external burner operating on low-pressure natural gas.

The service life of the engine is independent of the loads and the number of start-stop cycles.

EVOGRESS OFF-GRID POWER UNITS
The off-grid power unit EVOGRESS is an all-weather and anti-vandal power plant with the capability of supplying heat and power to facilities with constant electric power consumption in the range of 1 to 10 kW (short-term peak loads from 3 to 30 kW)

The standard configuration comes with the following main features:

1. The ability of connecting a renewable energy source (Solar &/or wind energy) to operate in parallel with the FPSE or independently.
2. A battery-inverter system for a guaranteed short-term peak power supply.
3. A separate heat supply circuit to the consumer from the FPSE cooling system.

The maximum efficiency of the power plant is achieved due to the realization of an optimization algorithm of the engine performance depending on the required constant power consumption (automated load control level from 10 to 100%)

The supply of heat and electrical power to remote oil and gas facilities in the upstream and midstream sectors with up to 30 kW of electric power consumption.

OFF-GRID POWER SOLUTIONS FOR GAS PRODUCTION FACILITIES
Remote automated control systems of gas wells are designed to perform a wide range of functions taking into account operation conditions. For instance, in gas condensate fields with high content of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, and in gas fields in the far north of Russia which is known for harsh weather conditions.

The automated control station of gas pipelines powered by EVOGRESS is designed for remotely monitoring and controlling the hard-to-reach facilities disconnected from the main electrical grid.

The EVOGRESS off-grid power unit with all of its components: battery bank, control and communication and other technological equipment are fit inside a single heated modular block.

GAS FILTER SEPARATOR

Basic parameters:
Gravity type separator

The principle of operation of the gas filter separator.
After the ball valve (BV) opens, gas rises through the connecting pipeline (57x6 mm) at a speed of 0.007 m/s, up the body of the gas filter separator at a speed of 0.0004 m/s. Under the influence of gravitational forces, heavier particles of liquid and foreign matters fall into the lower part of the gas filter
separator and return to the gas well collector pipeline via the input pipeline. The filter element installed in the gas filter separator provides additional gas purification from the liquid phase.

GAS PRESSURE REDUCTION SYSTEM (GPRS)

The multicomponent EVOGRESS unit comes in an all-weather modular block equipped with LED lighting, supply and exhaust ventilation, security and fire alarm, gas pollution control system, liquid heating from the FPSE heat recovery system, as well as other systems in accordance with the customer requirements.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENTS
OFF-GRID POWER UNIT OPERATING ON LIQUID FUELS
The EVOGRESS-OIL 1.0 is a factory-assembled off-grid power unit designed for operating independently or as a part of a technological system modular block.

The off-grid power unit is equipped with a gas preheating system for complex types of liquid fuel (the gas preheating system for the burner operates only during cold starts). During nominal operation, the fuel is heated by a secondary flow from the vortex of burner. The off-grid power unit is equipped with a battery-inverter system designed to increase the short-term peak electric power supple of the unit by up to 5-8 kW. The liquid cooling system is equipped with an independent heating circuit designed to transfer directly heat energy to the consumer.

The off-grid power unit includes a 70 liters fuel tank. In addition, it is possible to use an independent fuel tank to increase the frequency of refueling.

In the basic configuration of the power unit, the possibility of connecting a renewable energy source (Solar &/or wind energy) in parallel with the power unit or independently is implemented.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENTS
EVOGRESS MICRO-CHP PLANT
The EVOGRESS micro-combined heat and power CHP plant operates on natural gas and is designed for constantly supplying low-rise and semi-detached residential buildings, social and sports facilities, as well as several individual houses with electricity and heat energy, and is located close to the power supplied facilities.

The micro-CHP plant generates and distributes electric and heat energy to the consumers according to their requirements which guarantees the energy supply of the facilities.

The short-term peak loads are supplied by electric and heat storage systems located in the micro-CHP plant.
ADVANCED DEVELOPMENTS
EVOGRESS MICRO-CHP PLANT CASCADE
The development and implementation of the EVOGRESS micro-CHP plant cascade to power remote areas disconnected from the main-grid power supply is considered highly important, as well as in gasification projects in remote areas in the Russian Federation, including the use of the mobile (autonomous) gas pipeline technology using liquefied or compressed natural gas (LNG/CNG).

INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS FOR AUTONOMATED POWER SUPPLY USING MOBILE SYSTEMS FOR THE DELIVERY AND STORAGE OF LOCAL FUELS SUCH AS HIGHPRESSURE METAL COMPOSITE CYLINDERS
The multi-purpose facility consists of a mobile system for delivery and storage of local fuels and an integrated EVOGRESS off-grid power unit designed to ensure the uninterrupted operation of telecommunications facilities (base communication stations), road transport (autonomous communication and heating posts, federal highways lighting, etc.), navigation systems(aviation and marine navigation systems), meteorological infrastructure (weather stations and emergency early warning stations), as well as other infrastructure facilities that require continuous operation in autonomous mode.

The multi-purpose facility with the integrated EVOGRESS off-grid power unit is able to operate on available local fuels (compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, diesel fuel, etc.), providing a long interval between refueling.
